Community Speed Watch

Forsbrook Parish Council has recently secured funding from County Councillor William Day for a community speed watch. The funding of approx. £900 has funded the equipment and training for volunteers to staff a community speed watch at certain points through the Parish. We now need approximately five volunteers who would be prepared to undertake a day’s training with the police and give up a few hours a month (maximum) in carrying out the speed watch. If you are interested could you pm me with your details and once we have training dates I will be back in touch. If in the unlikely event that we have too many volunteers I will have to choose on a first come basis.
