DIVERSION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

A521 UTTOXETER ROAD, BLYTHE BRIDGE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of A521 Uttoxeter Road in Blythe Bridge so much as passes over and is in the immediate vicinity of the Level Crossing for a distance of approximately 20 metres either side unless the vehicle is being used in connection with the works.

An alternative route for traffic is available via A521 Uttoxeter Road, A50, A521 Uttoxeter Road and vice versa. For more information, visit: https://roadworks.org?tm=100693.

The order will come into operation on 11 March 2017 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date taking place as follows:

21:30 hours on 11 March 2017 to 20:00 hours on 12 March 2017
21:30 hours on 13 March 2017 to 06:30 hours on 14 March 2017.

It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 14 March 2017.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the vegetation clearance works, which it is proposed
to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
